The process of law making in Kenya: Case of Biosafety Bill 2008.

This is aimed at kick-starting constructive debate on the way forward with regard to the Biosafety Bill which is expected to be reintroduced in parliament for debate. Ms Shibalira, who is responsible for drafting the Bill at the Attorney General's chambers, will enlighten stakeholders on the status of the bill and what they should do to help fast-track the bill.
